I do not expect this service to be around long. The owner is immature and does not conduct herself in a professional manner (e.G. Hangs up in mid-conversation) she is adamant that she is right when clearly she is in the wrong... Good luck honey your going to need it. Good idea to enroll in some professional etiquette classes on how to effectively handle phone calls
