Marketing Inc. They are deceptive, will not return calls or letters, make fraudulent statements, all out lie to you. Rip-off!

Espresso Italia and it's so called staff are all working together. After joining their team in Arizona, we have experienced no leads since June 28th they will not return phone calls as promised or not return them at all.

They say they will put additional staff on to get you more locations, that has not happened. They take that person off and just put another in his/her place.
They told us there were no other Espresso Italia dealers in Phoenix.
They also stated that they needed us in place here and up and running because they were making tv commercials for the company and also wanted to use us as a referral and pay us for the contacts. That has not happened.
We have provided them with additional business leads, only not to get a lead from that list.

I have contacted the US Dept of Justice and we are waiting for a reply from them. If need be we are going to take them to court and file a suit to collect for expenses incurred. Both our relocation and investment.
Be very cautious with this company.

They are good at ripping you off. It is a high pressure sales business and a lot of the contacts don't even want to be bothered so they set up the appointment and at times are not even there when you arrive. Confirmation of appointment doesn't even matter in certain aspects.
