Signed up with freedom debt relief - big mistake!

I was inquiring about debt relief companies and happened to get onto Freedom Debt Relief website. I filled out he form and BACKED OUT of the whole thing. Next thing I know, I get a call from Melonee telling me that they had my whole credit report!!! I never authorized them to pull my credit report!

I made the mistake of signing up with this company and all too quickly realized that I had made the same stupid mistake as when we signed up with U.S. Credit Management. I faxed over a letter of cancellation and their official cancellation form fully signed and dated three times to make sure they got it. I cancelled within the three day limit to receive my money back. They have already drafted my account once. I could not get to the bank in time to stop payment on the draft as it was the weekend.

Now I am out $145.00. Legally, they should return my money, but they will probably have some excuse as to why they can't. I faxed them several times, went to their termination site and emailed them and even went to the bank today to stop payment on any mroe drafts. I told the bank officer about this situation and told her I would just love to get my $145.00 back! She suggested getting with this company. I will call them and see if they got all the documentation, etc. I know they did because my fax machine said so. I know they got the emails also!

I also paid all of my accounts up to date again this month even though they may be minimum payments. We are NOT going to go through this hell that we went through with U.S. Credit Management in Irving, Texas nine years ago! We ended up having to file bankruptcy; chapter 13. Nope, ain't gonna' happen again!

We are in some debt, but after the first of the year, we will have more funds to pay bills with. We will eventually get out of debt. I love my good credit rating and am making the best payments I can on all my accounts on time!!!
