Bought the merchandise from the computer shop so when I mounted it, it instantly removed a lot of applications on my pc. Throughout the procedure it explained I had a need to remove the present anti virus mounted and so I did. Today I've no safety also it cannot deploy the Norton application both. I named the technology help-line (who barley talked English) plus they saved a spyware search-tool that discovered more than 700 issues using the PC? I had been a little suspicious however when then they explained to not fear since their senior specialists may help me out for only $300 today I realized I had been in big trouble. After 20 units of fighting using the technician (evidently not really a MATURE Specialist) that there info stated it included free assistance, (restricted I suppose to specialists who have no idea just how to repair issues) which all I needed them to complete was get my pc back again to the standing that it had been in before I packed their item, I had been informed they might not help me. The merchandise actually plugged me from having the ability to return in to the administrative documents portion of the control cell to try and set it back again to a prior position. I'm confident I will repair it all back with plenty of hours used reloading things-but I sure desired to sent a BUYER BEWARE notice. The product isn't the things they say it's. When you have a completely clear pc completely new perhaps it operates? Additionally, I visited the Microsoft site and saved a spy ware, virus recognition plan with discovered an overall total of 7 problems, mainly adware, no disease. I'm having difficulty thinking the product Norton saved and discovered more than 700 problems is the fact that a lot better than the Microsoft solution. I'd stay away from Norton 360 anti-virus application and alert all my buddies about this also.
