Cash advance threats

I recently took out a cash advance with a VERY legitament company but somehow these people from Cash Advance USA got my information and attacked my checking account! My bank reported them as a fraudulant charge and re-funded my money! My bank sent them and ACH warning and red flagged my account... A couple of days later I started recieving phone calls from a woman with a VERY thick Indian accent telling me that I was going to be arrested at 4:00 pm by the local sherrif's department that day for not paying my loan, I proceeded to tell her that I had never recieved a loan from her company and that I would call the Sherrif's department myself, then she hung up on me! The local sherrif's office assured me that I was not going to be arrested and that these types of scams happen everyday! I am appauled and when I tried to call the number back 1-415-952-3898, they refused to awnser and the line went dead! I have notified my bank as they may try to attack my account again... SOMETHING needs to be done!
