Ripoff fraudulent billing

Called company April for amount to pay off clarinet that was purchased in September. Was told amount was $97. Paid final amount April 13.

July 15 I received a letter from U.S. Recoveries, Worldwide stating i owed Brook Mays Music Co. $534.02. I had received no further bill from this company since April.

I had called this company immedidately to clear up this matter. I had talked to a woman, Renee, there and I had asked for a payment history to be sent to me and asked why I never received any bill after last payment was made. She had no answer for me. I had received nothing. I also called U. S Recoveries for assistance with this matter. They too had called this company to send this information. To this date I still have received no response.

Please help!!! This has been going on since July and is going against my credit. I would like them to resolve this matter as soon as possible.
