Quicken loans engages in Discrimination

I did a Internet serach using Google and Quicken Loans showed up stating they do VA mortgages. I applied for a VA mortgage. I paid for a credit score and found it to be 720. Brandon Eggleston of Quicken Loans claimed that I had too much debt. I looked at the VA criteria at another mortgage company and found the debt to income ratio maximum is 41-50 percent. I have a total debt of 405.00 every month out of 1900.00 for a debt income to ratio 21 percent. The Loan Officer is Brad Eggleston of Detroit, Michigan. I was attempting to apply for a Condominium with my payments between 600-700.00 a month with a 70-80 k mortgage. Brad Eggleston asked why I wanted to leave the place I have been currently renting the past 10 years. I told him our Apartment has drugs, gangs, and prostitution with the police visiting every once or twice a week. Brad asked for documentation IRS taxes, w2's, Net profit for limited self employment, and pay stubs. He than called and gave us a offer of only 40,000.00. VA would not approve a mortgage of 40,000.00 on a condo in Washington State condition of place would require major rehab. I find it appalling Mortgage companies and banks continue to set up barrier's to home ownership on top of discrimatory practices.
