I obtained what turned out to be a predatory auto loan after filing bankruptcy in 2011. The interest rate is outrageous for a car loan. They call & call & call—even when you aren't late! If you make the mistake of saying you will pay by a certain date, they take that as authorization to debit your bank account—even though you already made the payment several days earlier. It's impossible to speak with anyone in authority. The only phone numbers listed go to the same call center. They refuse to allow you to speak without interruption. When they make a mistake, they deny it and require you to go to the expense of providing them with proof—proof that they have in their own records. I will Never do business with this company again and will be sure to warn everyone I can away from them.in my humble opinion they are thieves and jackals preying upon those who have experienced difficulties.
