Payday Loan support fee took money out of my checking account without my consent

I was looking at my bank statement, and noticed a deduction for$29.95 from something called
PaydayLoan Support Fee / Moneyleaffinancial.com, phone number 877-888-something, there is
no complete phone number, I never authorized or even had any contact with this company, have no idea what they do, but this is terrible, I live on SS disability, so this is a lot of money to me, and they aren't the only ones, I also noticed another deduction for 19.00 from a Williams Credit Co., telephone 302-526-4051, never heard of them, and another call www.AlliedLoanService.net, who
deducted 34.95, phone number 877-218-7944, none of these companies actually answer their phones or any type of email contact, something has to be done about them, does anyone know
where they can be officially reported, and made to return people's money? And why do the banks

Allow these type of withdrawals, I would think they would be up to date on any type of bank fraud schemes going on.
