Can't remove my billing, shipping or Credit card info from their site

I've attempted to remove my own consideration with nomorerack.com, and there's no method to achieve this. I'd like my own payment, delivery and charge card data ELIMINATED and permetaly removed that will be not allowing me achieve this. Motion from nomorerack.com must do something instantly because itis at my demand, the clients to eliminate and remove my account altogether. This nee'd to be achieved by having an email confirming it has been completed instantly! Thanks!
