Ripoff, takes double payments from auto pay, overdraws accounts

They take double payments from auto pay sytems, when it is discovered (ususally from overdawls on your checking) they refuse to return the extra payments saying that more payments are owed for the comng months anyway so... in the meanwhile, it makes the checking account overdrawn and other people do not get their payments. When contacted, they "Outsource theri call center to INDIA" so if you can't understand the marbles in the mouth accent, for get it, hang up and keep trying to get some one in USA.

They will dun you at the credit bureaus and make NO EXCEPTIONS no matter what the hardship is to recus the mark at the credit bureau. THEY love having that over people's head. A customer cannot get a new loan to replac eth ocwen loan with the marks at the credit bureau.
They should not be permitted to do busines in USA.
