And Capital One Bank Two of a Kind rip-offs

This is a pattern. Both Merchants Bank and Capital One Bank — constantly take advantage of the consumer, with their late fee and over the limit fee scam. I made the minimum payment $89.00, of which 80 went to interest fees, they had me enrolled in some type of insurance program which was deducted monthly and would bring my account over the limit and i was access an over the limit fee. This went on for months until a very nice indivdual at Merchants schooled me on their scam. I them cancelled the insurance and double my monthly payment and hopefully I will be rid of Merchants Bank soon.
