Lost payments, foreclosure, rescinded agreements, high fees, no calls back. Ripoff

The story is a long one but Litton Loan had bought my loan from Equicredit in late 2001. Since then they have tried to foreclose a number of times, placed forced insurance coverage to the tune of $2000 a year (Balboa insurance agency) (this year it's only $897 since they found a less expensive company).

The final straw came when they agrred to renefgotiate the loan and then backed out. I have filed bankruptcy three times...

Why?

The first time through a lawyer, Litton Loan did not like the plan and claimed that payment weren't received when they actually were. They wanted at least $6000 to cure $12,000 of arrearages.
I called the sheriff's office and had the sale postponed twice to decide what I was going to do next.

I filed a petition which the Court considers a bankruptcy to allow time for a third party - Southern Financial to negotiate with Litton. Litton would not budge at all and were nasty toward the negotiator—stating that they don't like the bankruptcy.

8 Bankruptcy #3. This time they applied for a relief of stay and received it. I was unable to make the hearing and a day before the sheriff's sale wrote to the judge (who was away at the time) asking for another hearing. Another judge granted the hearing, by the grace of God, and that will be on Nov. 8. An attorney stated I should sell the house; I don't think so.
I need help and hopefully the judge will revoke the relief of stay. Any ideas?

What about Bold Funding, an investor, with no complaints on this site?
