Two Unauthorized Withdrawals From Unemployment Card Account

Dishnetwork made two unauthorized withdrawals from my unemployment card account. I have no business with this company. Total withdrawal $586.26 I made a Police Report and now I'm fixing to contact Dish to see what else they have to say besides I'm sorry. I have to make a police report and send all necessary information to the TX Unemployment Office before I can receive any unemployment money, until then I have bills to pay and no income.
