Scam they are dishonest

I was telephoned in june And a young lady was telling me about this wonderful offer if I paid 329.80 i could have a 2500.00 dollar credit card with no interest. To help rebuild my credit rating ok i fell for it i have not seen nothing i however was able with many attempts to have my money back into my bank account so they say i have contacted the Fbi AND the local news channel in my area please dont take this call from them they are dishonest and are very dangerous also i contacted the federal trade center they are investigating this matter
