Ripped me off

I went to them for financial help on my house. The told me they were going to buy my house from the bank and sell it to me for the market price, they asked me for a deposit of 5,000 dollars to show my interest in the program. They didnt do anything for my house. They didnt even contact the bank. I made a report about this and they told me that they were under investigation the herrera but i never recieved a note or anything about what happen to them. I took them to court but they never appeared in court. They just stole my money
