Phone numbers only - 646-658-3167 AND 646-580-6853 Called me and threatened legal action

I received today alone, more than 10 phone calls from the two following numbers:

646-658-3167 and 646-580-6853

The caller (could not understand his name, heavy heavy indian accent) but used a normal name) told me that there is a suit filed against me and I had to pay or I would be taken to jail. I know this is a scam and I told him he could fax me the paperwork. Of course he refused. Said I just need to send the money immediately i told him he was a scammer, he called me a bitch and told me he would cut my head off. I hung up. He called again, more than 10 times and each time callled me names. Finally, my supervisor answered the phone and he hasnt called back. Now, they are calling my cell #. I dont owe anyone anything. I am tired of these calls and I am worried because of the violent threat. They know my name, phone numbers and address. I want these people caught. Read the internet and see for yourselves how many people these scammers are affecting. This is my JOB they are calling - I could lose my job, I am embarrassed but mostly, NOW, I am scared!
