Do not fall for this scam

I ordered the 55 piece package. I should have known when they did not ask for a shipping address. Just the address that was on the check. I had recently moved and had not gotten my new checks yet. Needless to say they sent it to my old address. I sent them numerous e-mails asking them to send it to the correct address. They sent me a tracking #. I checked it out and the package had been sent back to them on Sept 17th. Finally after threatening them that I was going to file a complaint they said they would send me another one. Well that was over a month ago. Still nothing. Why do people get away with this?
