Cahbc Excessive overcharge fees on closing cost

I strongly warned you all not to apply for the home loan at California Homebuyers Center (CAHBC.com). They gave you an excessive overcharge on closing cost fees.

If you don't believe me, I urge you to go and buy a book called "Mortgage RipOffs and Money Savers" by Carolyn Warren. You can buy it at Amazon.com. And compare what the book says and what CAHBC gave you a good faith of statement.

I lost two beautiful homes because of CAHBC excessive overcharge fees. It forced me to bid much lower offer than what the seller asked for. I never knew that it's not normal. Thank God that I found a book by accident and read it. I realized that CAHBC are too greedy.

I strongly urge you all not to apply for them. Find somewhere else that offer much lower closing cost fees that you can afford!
