First National Credit
Ripped off by, STOP THEM COLD!

Business & Finance

I just received the acceptance-approval letter from First National Credit and noticed immediately that it's not an offer for Visa, Mastercard, etc.; as well, there is no contact phone number.

My point is writing this report is to tell as many people as possible that DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING is alive and well and has been with us for many years. From "get rich quick" schemes to magazine subscriptions to bogus prize winner announcements, the spectrum is broad and wide. To the promoters, this is "good marketing tactics", to the victim it is theft pure and simple.

Whether the First National Credit solicitation letter is legal or not, I cannot say. Probably, they are covered with the ambigous statement, "You may use your Gold Card immediately upon receipt for all purchases from credit provider." This is deceptive. Who is the credit provider? With no Visa, Mastercard, or other internationally known logos and the other indications already mention, suspicion should arise immediately.

Those who have lost money to First National Credit should contact the United States Department of Postal Inspection, the United States Fair Trade Commission, and State Attorney General's Office. File complaints with any and all of these agencies. From personal experience I can tell you that the Federal Trade Commission will take your complaint seriously.

Last, I DESPISE the ground these sharks and predators occupy. If I had my way they would be in jail.
