A fraudulant account was opened in the business account an despite 2-3 hr calls no would help resolve this matter of inportance. We will file a police report and notify the bank of this merchant. I hope the bank freezes all their deposits. The customer service is in other countries and we pay American money to have a service like this. Only one problem this was never opened by any of the officers of the company. Beware of Express merchant Processing Solutions, powered by First Data. Also I spoke to Kelvin Hall whoreferred me to Customer Care but he is Risk Management. I spoke to Lynn, Ashley "Supervisor", Acct Specialist "Loren", Valerie in charge backs, Michelle, Chyrl, Deb, Karen, Lillian, Karen, Victor in India, Pam & Winston in the Dominician Republic and Minni.
