Frank Hart awarded $7800 free and clea

I was contacted by Frank at least four times to try and convince me to accept the money or it would be given to someone else. They could not just send it out to my paypal or western union. I had to go to the western union with ID and transfer $250 and Frank would stay on the phone the whole time and within a few minutes i would have the money of $7800. Non of the local authorities have heard of them as well as the FBI person i spoke with in Chicago had no idea either and just said it was a scam without any other comments. It really would be nice to pay off my debt for good, but not this way.
