I have been getting emails from ACS stating I took out a $450 loan & that I now owe $950. The email states that my social security number is also on hold by the government. That if I do NOT pay this within a few days that I will then owe over $4200. I have got this email like 6 times. The number they list to contact them can NOT be found on the Internet. It will say the number is not avalible for look up. Everytime I have asked for proof of "owing" this they can not provide proof. They just tell me I need to pay it or I am going to be arrested.
