Things got off to a bit of a rocky start, as I was not immediately made aware of the fact that I had to send in some very personal forms of identification. The rep told me that my case had been already started without the documents, but that effective resolution would require me sending in these documents.
However, once I explained that no one had ever told me to send in said identity documents, the people at Accurise were kind enough to give me a free month of service to rectify the problem. The fact that the customer service representative took the time to listen to my complaints was great. However, the fact that he then took immediate actions to rectify the situation greatly impressed me. I have only been in the program for 3 months, but it is because of their great customer service that I did not quit immediately and am giving them a chance.
