Ogus payment on my creditcard

I recently received my credit card bill and there's a fee for $15.00 from friends-memory lane. I've no idea what this cost might be for and not received any communication informing me about the cost. I actually do participate in friends but i actually do not know what this charge is for. I'd like an explanation of the charge and the charge to be removed my card.
