Ripoff - Fruad and Harrassment - How can we make them stop

This fraudulent company does nothing but harrassment my brother with phones all day and all night, the phone just doesn't stop.

These company keeps making my brother make payments over the phone and has never sent a statement declaring he even owes anything. We have repeatedly asked they just make a statement and they say they but that we just are not receiving and they we need to check with the post office and we did. Nothing has ever been sent. So now we fight with them everyday tell them that we are no longer paying them over the phone. My brother has not even used this card within the past 2 years and should not even of had a balance on it and does not believe he even owes anything but the phone never stops ringing. What can we do to make them stop harrassing us???
