Poor service, inefficiency

I'd almost $16,000 in a Money-Market at Friend, however they returned a $950 check! After I named to protest, it got them 10 units to actually find the check (in the beginning they stated there is no report of it). They set me on-hold for another 10 units and returned onto declare they'd no idea why that had occurred. And they might contact me back. Which was three or four nights before plus they haven't named. I've also delivered 2 safe e-mails (utilizing their website). They've not answered to these both. Steer clear. The small little bit of additional curiosity they spend isn't worth the trouble.
