Ripoff took $221.95 from my account and gave me nothing in return!

Just to give the quick version - back in Feb. someone called and offered me this great deal (or so I thought) to get a credit card for $221.95 that would have a limit of $2500. I was in college at the time so I was trying to get more buy spending less, so to speak. I didn't recieve anything. I made several phone calls to no avail.

In March I sent letters to the Atlanta BBB and to the Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs. Apparently there is a case pending, per the investigator on the case, but I haven't heard anything else since May. I hope that this gets resolved and I can at least get my money back. I intend to keep doing whatever I can until justice is served. I am willing to joint a class action suit if it ever comes up.
