Ripoff

On Sept 24th i received a call telling me that i got a cc for a minimum of $2000 credit limit, i stupidly fell for their scheme, and they have withdrawn the $249 from my checking account, i have received nothing, i ran into this site and now i know for sure it was a scam, i am a single mother of a new born baby and living pay check to paycheck. Can anyone help on what i can do to get my money back. I call the number they gave me and all it does is ring and no one ever picks up! How could people get away with this!!! Someone help!
