Nfs fees even though nothing bounced

I've been a person of compass bank for 7 years, after I began bank together I registered for-free checking. False anymore okay fine, no further free atms okay fine. But what's occurred twice within the last 8 weeks is what I'd think about a crime...

I've been billed nsf costs for nothing jumping. The very first time it just happened I had been repaid all-but 2 of the costs just one was I accountable for, but was so aggrevated didnt possess the battle in me to claim.

On 9/21 I'd a stability of $11.44 same-day compass struck me for just two nsf charges totaling $76.00 nothing was prepared to get costs.

On 9/24 I created a deposit first deal in my own consideration because the 20th. Nicely unfamiliar in my experience half my deposit was consumed up by nsf costs in the 21st. I didnt recognize this therefore held applying my card today my consideration is extremely damaging. And also to add insult to damage I terminated bank card on 9-30-12 about the first a cost (that wasnt designed to) went thru creating me another nsf charge. Support... Who defends the customers, they're a large organization that has my income.
