Jeffery Ellison Stole Design work, unpaid invoices for 5 months, threatened via Facebook, violated copyright law

I met repeatedly with Mr. Jeffery Ellison in order to build his brand and complete investor scenarios for him at a previously agreed to rate. He has not paid a single invoice and has been using the files I created for him as his investor portfolio.By not paying, he is violating copyright law as I hold all copyrights to all files created until the invoice is paid in full.

He has quit responding to phone calls, texts, emails, and I was left with Facebook as the only means of communication {you can actually see that the recipient read their message} and the last contact I had with him was on August 5th, when he said I'd "probably be paid by Friday"- surprise! He still hasn't paid and it is now 5 months past due with no intent to pay.

I will be forced to take them to small claims court in order to receive fair compensation.

Please, do NOT accept any work proposals from Jeffery Ellison/Bakken Management Group unless you are paid in full prior to beginning your project!
