I just found out that OCWEN had not only foreclosed on my home but they are planning to put it for auction in a week claiming I missed a balloon payment. My loan doesn't have balloon payments, or at least it didn't have. They claim I missed the payment in May and now after taking all of my payments every month, and never mentioning a missed payment or even notifying me, this happens. I found out quite by accident they have my house scheduled for auction. They say $4,000 can stop this action but what I want to know is how could they even take this action without notifying me. One very angry veteran. I had no choice in this company rather my loan was transferred to them. They won't answer questions and the call center is nothing but foreigners reading off a script.
These guys act more like mobsters then a legitimate financial agency.
