Tradeking
My account was open, my account was closed, send this info and will re-open, sent info, NOTHING

I filled out all of the paper work tradeking requested. A few hour's later I recd. An email stating my account was open and cogradulations Bailey Wagner. I went to the bank to wire $ and it would not go through? That was last Friday on 9-21-12. Today I recd. An email saying: Since you have not sent the info we needed you are SOL.

The reason they denied me was because I did not use their web site accountverification@tradeking.com. Now, The reason I did not use accountverification@tradeking.com and attach the info needed is because this web site does not exist as far as I could see.

I spent an hour trying to find this website, nothing. I faxed the info three time's on 9-23-12 and checked my fax machine, all three went through. I emailed this info as an attachment to their email denying me two times today and have been put on ignore so far.

Now, everything I have stated is my opinion and only my opinion. When a company treats it's customers in this fashion I would say there's a fox in the chicken coop's and to use caution when dealing with them.
