Won't defer payment

I expected to get a deferment because of shifting my child from Texas to TENN because of her having Rheumatoid Arthritis Symptoms and he or she needed to stop operating and apply for impairment... Furthermore I Have been out countless bucks for medications till she got authorized for medicare! These factors didn't drop within their recommendations to become authorized therefore today in the place of spending 25 charge for deferment I'm going to be spending my LAST 9 funds OVERDUE having a late fee n poor credit documented!!! Cheers for not assisting a faithful client of 6 years... Obviously I'll NEVER fund through them again!!!
