Dragged their feet, reluctant to answer phone inquiries, non-professional language, and responses to E-mails

This so - called Credit restoring company took my money upfront, then after doing some preliminary work dropped off the side off the earth and did not return phone calls to answer questions, and after one year did not do what they professed to do and had the gaul to Blame me, the customer for not doing what they stated as what they wanted to be done. And furthermore the owner of this company is now a state board licensed real estate agent and admitted she was too BUSY in her real estate she could not keep up with this other business!!!

Shame on you, don't tell me about being a single mother, blah, blah, blah... I was too, Don't use that line on me... You used me after getting you as a credable reference, I am a professional woman just looking to improve some old credit issues... You did me no good what so ever! Just sucked me for $1200, which by the way is the most expensive out there!!! You should be shut down Now!!!
