Took $29.95 from my bank account without my permision

This company call my money leaf took $29.95 from my bank account without my permision and cause my account to be overdrawn. I have never had a overdrawn on a bank account before when i called they said they was sorry but when i apply for a loan on the internet that i sign up for there service two weeks ago i never apply for a loan. They had me to go to a web site and enter my email address and phone number i did and nothing happen so she was still on the phone so she ask me my phone when i gave it to her she said thats not your number and she gave me a number i never heard of. The bank said there nothing they can do tell it clears my account i will have to wait tell monday so see if they gave me a refund. There should be something we can do to this company to stop them from taking money from peoples account i will contact the bbb and report them if anyone knows what can be done please let me know.
