Ripoff scam con artist

I filled out a loan application over the internet on 9/23 2004. I recieved a call from a michelle lawson on 9/24 2004 stating I was approved for a 5000 dollar loan. However, I would need a co-signer I told her I didn't have one. She then told me I could be financed through a insurance company Bernam/Thrope for a premuim of 900 dolllars.

Ms lawson then instructed me to send my payment in to a Mr josepg ngs in Toronto Canada, and once he recieved my payment 5000 dollars we be deposited into my account by saturday october 2. I sent my payment in western union to canada the next day. I then came home and call her with my routing information and I have not heard anything from her company since. I have tried to contact them everday but I have been unsucessful. I also have not been able to reach the insurance company eithier.
