Ocwen
Ripoff is scaring me to death

I have had my mortgage with Ocwen for several years now and I must admit my payment record has not been exemplary. However, I have paid Ocwen a substantial amount of money in late charges. Unfortunately in April, circumstances forced me to become deliquent in my mortgage payments. I received letters from Ocwen and from a lawyers office demanding the full amount of the mortgage.

Needless to say, I panicked, called them and made arrangements to pay them according to a forebearance plan.instead of paying 570. A month I am now paying 1085.00 a month. This arrangement is to be in affect until February. I was initially behind 3 months which totals 1710.00. To participate in the forebearance program I sent them 1200.00 and then proceeded to try to adhere to the agreement. Of course, as will often happen, something went wrong and now I was not able to make my payment for September. This means I have breached my forbearnce agreement and now I know what comes next. I am going to lose my home and silly as this may seem, I am afraid to call Ocwen to see if I can in any way rectify this situation.

I am a nervous wreck, I cannot sleep and I cannot concentrate at work because everytime the phone rings I think its a Ocwen employer calling to belittle me. If any one knows of any way I can get out of this nightmare and save my house please let me know
