Drive's Company blows we bought a car in july for 15k and we are trying to trade the car in for a new car and they are telling us now in 2004 that we still owe them 11k.

What kind of B.S. Is this we have only deferred 2 payments and They want to say we have only paud 4,447 in the past 3 years have they lost their mind.

Also when we called to get the payoff info they was telling my husband that we could not trade the car in. I told him what ever and we went to the car dealers and they had no problem with us trading the car in. Even though we could not because they was saying that we still owed 11k and the car is only worth 4,800.00. They suck and we need to come up with a way to get the doors closed with this company.

Do not use this company ever!!!
