Like so many others, I was charged $9.95 to my credit card by CIC monitoring for a service, which I immediately canceled within their allotted "free trial membership" period and have documentation of. Taking ED Magedson's advice, I will be disputing with adamant (yet cordial) resolve that this charge is refunded by the credit card company. I will be further filing reports with the appropriate authorities and agencies.
