They took $159.00 out of my checking account as soon as I submitted an application. Fort Lauderdale

I was doing some work on line & was waiting for a fax responce I was checking my e-mail & opened an unsolisited e-mail from iservices.com for an application for a visa card. I was bored & filled out the app. To pass the time & as soon as I did I sent them an e-mail saying that I didn't want another credit card & they processed it anyway & took $159.00 dollars out of my checking account within minutes of reciving the application, causing my account to become overdrawn. I didn't have any idea that happened & was charged another $88.00 dollars for insufficent funds as it was a day before payday.

I called them today & it took 30 minutes to get a rep. On line was then told to go to icardservices.com/refundform & print it out & fax it to them, thats when your webpage informed me of their scam. I tried to call them again & couldn't get through so I sent them an e-mail & as of yet have gotten no reponse.
