Does not keep records of BASIC information! - US Bank

Long story short, we withdrew some money from an account at US Bank to use for closing costs for purchasing a home. EVERYTHING has been approved by the lender, all they need is documentation of the withdrawals from US Bank (statement and copy of cashier's check). They told us they do not keep statements further back then two months, and would charge us $15 an hour to look for a copy of our check even though we had the receipt for it. Needless to say this is the only thing keeping us from closing on a house, and the representatives are utterly beyond rude. This is not the first time US Bank has jerked us around but hopefully it will be the last.
