I ordered Extra Jumbo Pods and they sent 4"-5" pods with no stems, many broken, some moldy, it was like they sent the box of ones that were rejected after sorting their pods. It appears this is standard procedure for this company or whatever you call it.
If you look up past snapshots of their website, they list actual size, they no longer do this to avoid people demanding refunds I suspect. Now they only use terms like jumbo, large, mammoth which are not really any indication of the actual size.
They say that is what you ordered and that is what you get. No refunds or exchanges. They have the money and you have garbage. However you can try to get a refund through your card company if they have not changed credit card processing companies by the time you jumped through 100 hoops to obtain a refund. I still have not received a refund and it has been almost 4 months now. I sent back my order with delivery confirmation which is a must as these scumbags will deny getting them.
They operate out of an aluminum house trailer located in one of Florida's fine trailer parks. Nancy Diraffaele is over 65 years old and I suspect her partner in crime Gary Hoffman is also so maybe they are going senile? At DexKnows. WhitePages.com you can find them listed and all their neighbors phone numbers but theirs is unlisted for a very good reason I suspect. Many times neighbors will have their numbers, so it might be worth a try if you need to contact these scumbags.
Any company that does not list a contact phone number is not a company to do business with. These people have no morals, total RipOffs and scum of the earth. Stay away at all costs!
