Is a credit card fraud company

I received notification of guaranteed approval of a Consumer Credit Platinum Credit Card with a credit line of $5,000 and no interest charges for the first year. They also stated that the credit card has a membership appreciation program that gives you credits for each time the card is used. They charged a one-time fee of $39.00. I sent them a check for $39.00 in mid December and on December 31, they charged my account on an auto withdrawal of $39.00, not just the check.

I am going to close this account and fill out a fraud report on the company immediately. Also, I believe the FBI and the Better Business Bureau should be notified.
