As my husband and I began the refinancing route, we were lead to this company. As we began the process, very impressed, but after our dur diligence we learned that MS Rice claimed to have a degree from UMKC, which in fact was not the case. My husband gained further info that this young lady had filed bankruptcy in years past, but somehow it slipped through the cracks of the system. Be careful folks, some companies will go all out to get a deal.
