Pd $26,000, got bogus deed, prop23 offering same prop after I bot it and terrible neighborhood, no prospect of renting, then ripped off by the mgt co

I called the company, talked to bin Mortensen. He assured me they had very low risk properties and that they had staff attorneys on hand whom had already done all of the leg work to ensure there were no issues with taxes and liens. I looked at the prospective properties in virtual online pictures and chose the lowest prices and only only one I could afford at nearly $27k, buying into this firms rhetoric
I quickly learned that the property I purchased was in a very bad neighborhood and it was a over a year before I was able to come up with the $5750 for repairs that I sent to Steven Jackson, property manager, they recommended. He no longer responds either to my phone calls nor emails and he has not sent me an acceptable management agreement.
So far I have been ripped of for $33580 and counting.
