Took Investment Money And Didn't Pay Out and Didn't Even Return Principal

Robert Harrison of Investors Choice Advisors took money from me back in Sept with a contract and promise to pay within 90 days. Trading the Euro, Harrison advised that the market had gone bad and his payout would be delayed. Harrison stated he was confident he would recover and he has promised to pay now for months. This information was received through his conference call he had been holding every two weeks. I also spoke to Robert Harrison personally and from week to week he has just pushed off the issue with false promises of money being sent out the following week. His voice mail is almost always full so very very difficult to get hold of him.

Most recently Robert Harrison left a telephone message stating he had the green light for a pay out. Still nothing! I have called almost everyday for the past two weeks and only once was his mailbox not full. He doesn't reply to emails and although he has returned some of my calls the conversation has been nothing but false promises. Furthermore, when we discussed the amounts of payout the numbers didn't jive - he gave me an amount then in a subsequent conversation it was a different amount.

Bottom line - When the markets turned bad he didn't advise the investors but rather took another round of money for another contract date knowing he had taken a bad hit in the markets. Harrison didn't advise people of the downturn until he received more investment money all of which has never been returned. Had people known this they wouldn't have sent further investment dollars.

All I can say is he has ignored my messages and continues to make false promises. All I am asking for is my principal return. If Robert Harrison comes good for this I will remove my complaint but "people beware!"
