Ameriquest has been a nightmare for my husband and I since we refinanced with them. The inflated our appraisal so high that we cannot even get another appraisal to equal it after putting nearly $20,000 of improvement in our home. My loan is not even 30 days late but will be as I cannot pay until my next payday.
One of their representative sleeze balls phoned me today and threatened that they will send intent to forclose papers. Please, if there is anything that anyone knows that can help us get away from these crooks I beg of you to let me know. Also, at the time that we applied for the loan my credit report was worse than my husbands. I am a Registered nurse and make the majority of the money. My husband is an orderly. Ameriquest used my income with his score and listed him as self-employed. I think that there is something wrong here... Please, i am in desperate need of some guidance!
