Paid for gold have not reveived yet, giving me the run around

On may 5 i bought gold from Discound Gold Brokers, before i bought the gold, the brokers made it clear that i would receive my product in 6 to 8 weeks its bee almost 3 months i have not received my product. Its all paid for. Everytime i call they give me the run around, They will not give me a refund.
