When we opened our account with AlertPay, there was no monthly fee or inactivity fee.
We didn't get any notification about the fact that they changed to Payza as well as that they changed the terms and conditions of or account. We didn't get any notification about starting to charge our account with an inactivity fee. They subtracted this fee until the account value disappeared. We asked refund as soon as we noticed what they have done - they refused our request.
